Final Countdown

In collaboration with PEXELS. Short film dedicated to the victims of terror attacks. The sound was from a director's found footage. The remaining footage in alphabetical order: Eyal Be, Andy Barbour, Yogev Cohen, Cottonbro Studio, Enrique Hoyos, Klara Landrat, Jakob Lundvall, Michal Marek, Edgaras Mascinskas, Tima Miroschnichenko, Norma Mortenson, Mikhail Nilov, Artem Podres, Anna Schvetz, Ketut Subiyanto. According to Clark & Abash book, “the primary goals of social issue media projects are to inform, engage, and motivate publics”. While the film documents a very specific microcosm of a daily chaos and drama of the people who have experienced the attacks, the issues it illustrates are present on a global scale. I strived to illuminate new perspectives and activating powerful emotions with the usage of my own sound footage from the events. I aimed to create a short yet compact documentary about the way we experience fear and terror. I wanted to achieve social change in the “Final Countdown” not just through pure drama but through generating strong emotions in audiences, creating contagious empathy and bringing new facts to light. I wanted to illuminate the human experience that brings audience to a subject that others might not be familiar with and provoke dialogue. Most of all, I hope this short documentary will meet a deep human need to connect told through authentic stories incorporating difference. #socialimpact #documentary #documentaries #womendirectors #terrorism #terror #socialissues #currentevents #Israel #middleeast #tribute #klaralandrat

One Lucky Devil Documentary

Super unique and interesting experience exposing my life at somewhat of an awkward stage, all filmed and directed by my 14 year old brother. It was a wild ride for sure and something I'm unsure if I'll do again, but I am severely proud of this kid and the work we pulled off together.
